Summer House
Planning permission was obtained in 2003
for the erection of a timber summer house,
which was constructed by Woodworks Workshop
at the end of the garden.

Orangery
Planning permission
was granted in 2005 for a 440 sq ft. orangery
building, to be located at the end of the
garden.
The permission includes the relocation
of the summer house, and the removal of the large eucalyptus
tree, which is in poor condition. |
